This is possible by replacing old analog meter with PES Digital Dual Energy Meters and Dual Maximum Demand Controllers. This will immediately improve the accuracy of the energy measurements.
Further interface of these meters with PES eLAN Software on PC allows centralized online monitoring of the consumption of all electrical loads
eLAN Software also tracks electrical efficiency visa-via different production factors, by comparing energy consumption behavior on hours, days, month and years based in graphical mode and data mode of each machine, group wide machine and all machines
eLAN Software can check limit on KW and KWH consumption of each machine and stops the machine if any consumption crosses the limit
Each machine can be independently programmed on both power savers (D.G. Power and Mains powers). If requirement is such that labour room power is to be disconnected when load is supplied by D.G. and when mains supply restored, power to labour room requires to be connected
This type of connection, disconnection or reduced load can be programmed for each machine
All the on-line data of each meter can be transferred to WAN / GPRS Modem / CDMA Modem and can be monitored, controlled and downloaded by mobile phone and Internet
Each meter can be configured for C.T. Ratio KW and KW 11 limit on mains Power, KW and KWH on D.G. Power ON / OFF, any message on any event to defined mobile
When all dates are much more clearly recorded and monitored in PC, then pattern on loss related behavior of each machine is known and understood; it is possible to bring improvements with our AFV Controller, AMF Controller, and Sensors.
